岗位职责：
工作职责/Responsibilities:1、工艺流程设计,工序文件制定以及产品报价； Design process and make process document.2、负责公司内部工艺、工装和检验合理性交流； Take responsibility for internal process, tooling and inspection.3、负责同行业间的工艺技术交流；Take responsibility for technical exchange in the same industry field.4、负责厂内工时定额的计算； Take responsibility for calculation of work hour norm for factory.5、负责产品的机械部分消耗定额、能耗定额计划的编制； Take responsibility for mechanical parts consumption quota in products, work out plan of energy consumption quota.6、负责生产操作中重大和一般工艺事故的日常管理；Take responsibility for major/common process accident.7、协助有关部门做好职工的技术培训工作；Assist for relative departments to do training task. 8、对生产过程中出现的工艺技术问题，负责分析并提出解决方案；Take responsibility to analyze technical problem of process in production and be able to solve the problem. 9、整机检验规范的编制（机械部份）； Make inspection specification for machines.10、评估产能，设定标准工时及生产节拍，持续改善和提升生产线的效率、质量的持续改进。Evaluate production capacity and set standard work time and production, sustain to improve production line efficiency and product quality.

任职资格的具体描述：
1、熟悉机械加工艺，能制作工艺文件、装配作业指导书 。
Familiar with mechanical process, be able to make process parts and assemble work instruction.
2、熟悉掌握Office、CAD、PORE等三维软件工具 。
Be able to use Office, CAD and software tools.
3、具备熟练的英语听、说、读、写能力以及很强的语言表达能力和沟通能力。
be able to oral/reading/written skill English and good skill of communication.
4、逻辑思维较强，做事严谨、责任心强。
Strong logical thought, conscientious, careful and responsible.
5、机械设计专业
Major in Mechanical Design
6、从事过TS16949质量管理体系优先考虑。
Experience in TS 16949 Quality Management System is preferred.
