岗位职责：
Responsibilities:1.Be responsible for new product introduction.2.Primary contact for overseas engineering team or customer engineering team for project planning, resource loading, engineering and technical related field;3.Lead and coordinate initial product transfer, new product launch and all other technical projects implementation.4.Manages and lead subordinates to prepare and preform daily NPI activities to deliver required NPI loading and all other manufacturing measurable.5.Develop and prepare process flow and WI for all product assembly processes. Maintain & upgrade in accordance to customer and quality system requirements.6.Work with the DFX & Testing Engineering departments to determine product test requirement with reference to product & customer spec.7.Work with Process Engineering to develop and design / fabricate jig & fixtures and gages according to process and quality requirement.8.Continuous process improvement through the upgrade of assembly technology and process simplification before hands over to mass production.9.Develop and train subordinates to implement strong engineering disciplines within the group to achieve measurable results in a timely manner.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, Electronic Engineering major.
2.Good English and computer skills.
3.At least 10 years working experience, more than 5 years working of engineering management experience on electronic manufacturing (EMS).
4.Familiar with new Product introduction, as well as all matters related to new production.
5.Good leadership and team management ability, strong communication skills, and with strong sense of responsibility.
