岗位职责：
1、Metal stamping & punching molds and tools maintenance
2、Responsible for maintenance of tools and equipment in proper working condition
3、Properly, plan, implement and maintain a preventive maintenance program
4、Analyze cause for tooling and equipment breakdown, plan and implement continuous improvement program
5、Develop and maintain documentation and operating procedures for tooling and equipment
6、Procurement of tooling and equipment including any spare parts
7、Operative on tools maintenance and repair
8、Training of operators for proper use of tooling and equipment
9、Supervise production of assembly type products
10、Any other activity as required by the company

任职资格的具体描述：
1、4-6 years experience in tooling design, tool manufacturing and maintenance
2、Majored in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) ,college degree or above
3、Familiar with tool & die manufacturing process
4、Good working knowledge of press tools, hydraulic and mechanical punch press, CNC machine tools such as lathe, machining center etc.
5、Personally operative
6、Able to supervise shop workers
7、Independent, and fast learner
8、Good English language capability
