岗位职责：
1. To co-ordinate and control all activities relevant to Quality Management System an internal quality perspective linked to the customer’s needs.
2. To plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
3. To manage the Quality Assurance Technician Group
4. To promote and support Food Safety and Quality Management at all levels of the business.
5. To apply Quality Assurance and Quality Control philosophy’s and practices to the internal process
6. To facilitate the effective and timely completion of project work；
7. To support on-going improvement/Excellence related activities a quality/customer perspective and facilitate the successful implementation of corrective actions.

任职资格的具体描述：
1. Lead by example in the area of health and safety, encourage safe behaviour and support the Health and Safety Policy and objectives of the company；
2. Overall day to day management of the Quality Assurance Technicians to ensure Quality and Food Safety standards are maintained.
3. Review the performance and development requirements of direct reports (PDR’s)；
4. To ensure processes, procedures and specifications and standards are followed within the manufacturing remit.
5. devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
6. review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
7. document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
8. investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
9. collect and compile statistical quality data
10. analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
11. develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
12. prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
13. identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
14. support on-site audits conducted by external providers
15. monitor risk management activities
16. Develop a wider understanding of Devro business processes and procedures to enable potential future progression within the Quality/Technical function or an alternative area within Devro (Scotland) Limited or the Devro Group.
17. Participate in the monthly Quality Forum and help facilitate completion of outstanding actions form other departments.
